Understanding a Real Estate Offer

Receiving an offer

Once an agent has prepared an offer on your property, they will contact us that they would like to present the offer directly to you, with your agent present, or they can request to fax it over to us to present to you without them. The buyer is not present at this meeting. Depending on circumstances, we will meet and review the offer and either accept it, reject it, or possibly counter the offer for better terms, price or conditions. Each escrow is different and we will take our time in analyzing any offers that come in to make sure it is the best for you.

Once all terms and conditions have been ageed upon, the Escrow Process will begin as the Buyer completes any and all inspections they wish to order and pay for.

If you would like to know more about the process of receiving an offer on your home, please contact me at (888) 328-8136.

Thank you
